Earth Day at Camp Samac 2024

$5 per participant registration fee.

Scouters for RATIO are FREE - any additional beyond RATIO are $5 each.

Fundraising BBQ: hot dogs, sausage & beverages.
Guessing game and Beaver Meadow Draw available.

Please come dressed to be outside. There is a washroom on site.

Come enjoy the activities and crafts, scavenger hunt, watch the trout swim and more.

ADDITIONAL Scouters - $5 each
Youth Participants - $5 each
LIST FULL NAMES OF ALL ATTENDING FOR SCOUTS CANADA ATTENDANCE RECORDS.

Non Scouting Participant Requirements - Each adult is required to sign a code of conduct and a Hold Harmless Agreement (for themselves and any non scouting youth attending).

BOTH will be at the Check in (Registration) table for all Adults to sign if needed.

FUNDRAISING BBQ ADVANCE PURCHASE

Please indicate if you wish to advance purchase from our fundraising BBQ to secure food and drinks. Purchase on site (limited quantities available) or not purchase.
